The Position:
We are seeking a self-starter and success-driven Client Advisor to join our team. The Restoration Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory or market segment. This individual will personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
The starting salary for this position is $65,000, along with quarterly and annual bonuses, a company vehicle, and other benefits.

Responsibilities:
– Promote/sell services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
– Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
– Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
– Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
– Research sources for developing prospective customers and information to determine their potential.
– Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, and production teams.
– Analyze territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
– Plan and organize personal sales strategy to maximize Return on Time Investment.
– Maximize ROI on assigned associations, trade shows, and conventions.
Requirements:
– Outstanding communication skills.
– Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
– Outside sales experience is a plus.
– Experience in insurance or disaster restoration is highly desired.
– Previous CRM experience is a plus.
